Contents5 sections
1. Our commitment
#Everdawn is committed to providing an inclusive digital experience and to improving access for people with visual, hearing, cognitive, motor, and other disabilities.
We aim to design and maintain our public websites and core digital experiences with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, while recognizing that accessibility is an ongoing process.
2. Measures we take
#Our accessibility work may include semantic structure, keyboard navigation, visible focus treatment, sufficient color contrast, text alternatives for meaningful imagery, responsive layouts, readable type, descriptive links, form labels, and testing with assistive technologies.
3. Third-party services
#Some features may be provided by laboratories, pharmacies, payment processors, scheduling platforms, or other third parties that Everdawn does not fully control. We encourage partners to provide accessible experiences and welcome reports of barriers.
4. Alternative access and support
#If you have difficulty accessing information or completing a task, contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information, communication, or service through an accessible alternative.
5. Feedback
#Email accessibility@everdawn.health with the page or feature involved, the barrier encountered, the assistive technology or browser used if relevant, and a preferred way to contact you. Please do not include sensitive medical information in ordinary email.
