Longevity

Longevity medicine, guided by your labs.

A licensed clinician reviews your history and labs, then decides whether medicines like NAD+, sermorelin or a GLP-1 microdose belong in your plan.

How it works

Start with your labs. Recheck them later.

  1. You

    History + labs

Share your history, then a blood draw near you, or results you already have.

  2. Your clinician

    A plan for you

A licensed clinician reviews both and writes a plan.

  3. Only if appropriate

    A prescription

Filled by a licensed U.S. pharmacy and shipped to your door.

  4. Ongoing

    Follow-up + recheck

Check-ins, then labs again to see what changed.

The medicines

What your clinician can prescribe.

Medicines your clinician may consider for energy, metabolism and healthy aging goals. Each one only if your clinician decides it fits your history and labs. None is proven to slow aging.

Prescription only, if a licensed clinician decides it’s right for you. Compounded medicines are prepared by licensed U.S. pharmacies and are not FDA-approved. Availability varies by state. Packaging shown is illustrative.

How hard your body works to keep sugar steady

Hormones that change with age

Example markers. Your clinician chooses the panel. Reference ranges vary by lab.

Good to know

Plain facts, before you start.

Longevity questions.

All questions
What is longevity medicine?

Care aimed at staying well for longer: checking the markers that matter, treating what a clinician finds and adjusting over time. No medicine has been shown to slow aging or extend life, and we never promise either.

Do I need labs first?

Usually. Your clinician chooses the tests that fit your history, and can review recent results you share.

Are NAD+ and sermorelin FDA-approved?

No. There is no FDA-approved NAD+ or sermorelin product available in the U.S. today. Compounded versions are not FDA-approved.

How much does it cost?

$99 a month for vitamin B12, $119 a month for lipotropic shots, $139 a month for glutathione, $149 a month for sermorelin and $159 a month for NAD+ injections. Each price includes your clinician visit, and you see the full price before you buy. Labs are priced separately.

Will I get a prescription?

Not automatically. A licensed clinician decides whether a medicine is appropriate, and may suggest something else, including no medicine at all.
