Is Everdawn health insurance?

No. Some Everdawn care is cash pay and some can be billed to your health plan or Medicare, depending on the service. Focused programs, like weight, hormone and sexual health care, are cash pay. Sleep + Energy, and later primary care, are being built to bill your health plan or Medicare, with your coverage and cost confirmed before you book.

Which services can be billed to insurance?

Coming soon, starting in California: Sleep + Energy visits, therapy and home sleep testing, then primary care and ongoing care for conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes. Focused programs and membership stay cash pay. Coverage depends on your plan, and we check it before you book.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

For cash-pay programs, we’ll show whether HSA or FSA funds can be used before you buy. It depends on the service and your plan’s rules.

Are medications included in program pricing?

Not always. Medication, pharmacy and lab costs may be separate. The final program terms will say exactly what’s included before you pay.

Will primary care be billed to insurance?

That’s the plan. Primary care is being built to bill your health plan or Medicare for covered visits and ongoing care, with a clear cash price for anything your plan doesn’t cover. Coverage and cost are confirmed before you book.

What is Everdawn membership?

Membership is planned for later as an optional cash add-on: coaching, extra support and services your plan doesn’t cover. Primary care is a separate service, billed to insurance for covered care. The membership price will be published before enrollment.

Can I cancel?

Cancellation, renewal and refund terms will be shown clearly before you buy.

Getting started

How does Everdawn work?

Choose a goal and complete a secure medical intake. An independent licensed clinician reviews your history and decides whether treatment is appropriate. If it is, a licensed partner pharmacy fills your prescription and your care team follows up.

Can I start with one focused concern?

Yes. Everdawn starts with focused programs for one goal at a time. Primary care, planned for later, will cover broader, ongoing care.

Can Everdawn replace my primary care doctor?

Not at launch. Everdawn starts with focused programs. Primary care is planned as a separate service, billed to your health plan or Medicare for covered care.

How often will I see my clinician?

Visits and follow-ups depend on your program, your clinical needs and the final launch terms.

Can I choose my clinician?

Clinician matching and choice depend on state licensure, availability, program needs and the final platform.

Is Everdawn for emergencies?

No. Everdawn does not provide emergency care. For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. In a mental health crisis, call or text 988.

Treatments + prescriptions

Will I automatically receive a prescription?

No. A prescription is issued only when a licensed clinician decides treatment is medically appropriate, after reviewing your history, risks and other information.

Can I request a specific medication?

You can share your preferences and past experience. A licensed clinician decides whether a medication is appropriate, which option to use and how it should be monitored.

Who provides my medical care?

Independent licensed clinicians, through partner medical practices. The clinician and the services available to you depend on your state.

Are the clinicians employed by Everdawn?

No. Clinicians work for independent medical practices, not for Everdawn. Those practices control evaluation, prescribing, treatment decisions and medical records.

Does Everdawn offer controlled substances?

Not today. A controlled-substance service would only be offered after the clinical partner confirms the program, its requirements and the states it covers.

Is cannabis medicine available now?

No. Cannabis medicine is an interest-only future pathway. Everdawn does not currently offer a consultation, medical-cannabis certification, prescription, compounded cannabinoid formulation or retail cannabis product.

Do you offer research peptides or stem-cell treatments?

Everdawn does not offer research-use peptides. Stem cells is a future care category and is not available for purchase, enrollment or treatment today.

Can I use lab results I already have?

Your clinician may review eligible recent results from other labs. They may still recommend new or additional testing, depending on timing and your situation.

Does Everdawn diagnose from lab results alone?

No. Lab results are one part of a medical evaluation, alongside your symptoms, history, medications, risks and a clinician’s judgment.

Privacy + your data

Is anything I enter on this site saved?

Not yet. The sleep check and the program chooser run in your browser, and nothing you enter there is saved or sent. Medical intake opens with enrollment.

Who will see my health information?

When care opens, your clinical record is kept by the independent medical practice that treats you, under that practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices. Everdawn does not sell consumer health data.

Can I email my medical details?

Please don’t. Email isn’t the place for medical records or urgent symptoms. Secure messaging with your care team opens with enrollment.

Who do I contact about privacy?

Email privacy@everdawn.health with any privacy question or request.

Launch + availability

When can I enroll?

Not yet. Focused programs open first, then Sleep + Energy in California, then primary care. Exact products, prices and state availability will be confirmed before enrollment opens.

Can I use Everdawn in my state?

State coverage will be confirmed before enrollment. Services, clinicians, medications and lab options vary by state and clinical eligibility.

How will I hear when something opens?

Email hello@everdawn.health with the program you’re interested in, and we’ll let you know when it opens. There’s no waitlist form yet.

Is the patient portal available now?

Not yet. Your account, secure messaging and care plan will live in the Gabriel app, Everdawn’s partner for managing your health, and open with partner-supported enrollment.

Can I enroll in primary care or membership today?

No. Both are planned for later and aren’t part of the first launch.

Which labs will Everdawn use?

Partner laboratories and ordering will be published once contracting and platform integration are complete.

Still have a question?

Please don’t send medical records or urgent symptoms by email. In an emergency, call 911.
