Evidence

Evidence over supplement stacks.

What research supports for nutrition during treatment, and what it doesn’t.

What it supports

  • During GLP-1 treatment, a multi-society advisory recommends checking nutrition, getting enough protein and micronutrients, and resistance training.1
  • Movement, strength, nutritious food, sleep and preventive care are the evidence-based basics of healthy aging.2

Where it stops

  • No universal supplement stack has been shown to extend lifespan.2
  • There is no single protein target that is safe for everyone. Needs depend on your body, kidneys, activity and diet.1
  • More products don’t mean better care: dose, quality, timing and duplication all matter.

How it works

The smallest useful plan.

Bring everything you take. Your clinician checks interactions, labs and goals, then keeps only what earns its place.

A simplified picture of the review.

  1. Everything you take
  2. Interactions, labs + goals
  3. A short, clear plan

Who it’s for

More supplements do not automatically mean better care.

Dose, quality, timing, interactions, duplication and whether a product is needed at all matter. Your plan starts small and changes as you do.

  • Medicine and supplement interactions

Some combinations change how a medicine works.

  • Nutrient gaps and lab context

Supplements for a measured need, not a guess.

  • Quality, dose and duplication

The same ingredient can hide in several products.

  • A simpler daily routine

Fewer things to take, with a reason for each.

The plan, step by step

Your first 90 days.

How the program is designed to run once enrollment opens. Exact timing depends on your review and your state.

  1. Day 1

    Inventory

List every medicine and supplement you take, with doses and reasons.

  2. Next

    Review

A clinician checks interactions, duplication and any labs worth running.

  3. Weeks 1 to 4

    Simplify

Get a short plan: what to take, why, and for how long.

  4. Weeks 4 to 12

    Adjust

Check how it sits with you, and fit it around meals and training.

  5. Month 3

    Reassess

Keep what helps and drop what doesn’t.

Your care team

Three roles, clearly separated.

Everdawn coordinates your care; licensed clinicians make every medical decision.

  • Licensed clinician

Independent and licensed in your state. Reviews everything you take, checks interactions and labs, and keeps the plan as small as it can be.

At your first review and every check-in

  • Everdawn care support

Helps with scheduling, messages, shipping and billing questions. Never makes medical decisions.

    Whenever you send a message

  • Partner supplier or pharmacy

Ships any product in your plan, with ingredients, directions and allergen details confirmed before purchase.

Safety, in plain words

Who it’s not for, and what to watch.

Supplements can cause side effects and interact with medicines, procedures, pregnancy and medical conditions. Recommendations must be individualized.

Needs a careful review first

  • Kidney or liver disease
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • A planned surgery or procedure
  • Any prescription medicines

Good to know

  • Which products launch, and whether Everdawn sells supplements directly, is still under review
  • Any product offered will name its manufacturer or dispensing partner before purchase

Stop a product and contact your care team if you notice side effects. For severe reactions or emergencies, call 911.

The plan

Will Everdawn sell its own supplements?

Everdawn does not currently promise an Everdawn-branded supplement. Any product offered at launch will identify its manufacturer or dispensing partner before purchase.

Can I keep using my current supplements?

Bring the complete list. Your clinician can help identify what may be useful, unnecessary, duplicated or potentially unsafe.

Can I use this alongside GLP-1 treatment?

Yes. Protein and strength training help protect muscle during weight loss, and a multi-society advisory recommends both.1

Cost + coverage

What will it cost?

The product preview shows examples: $59 for protein support per example order, with $0 shipping. They are not quotes. The full price, any labs, renewal terms, and HSA/FSA eligibility where it applies, are shown before you enroll.

Are supplements included in the program?

Product costs are separate unless the final program terms clearly say otherwise.

Safety

How much protein do I need?

There is no safe universal number. Your clinician or a registered dietitian sets a target for your body, kidneys, activity and diet.1

Will you tell me to stop something?

Sometimes. If a product duplicates another, interacts with a medicine or isn’t helping, your clinician may suggest stopping it.

Does this replace my own doctor?

No. It works alongside your existing care. Share your plan with your other clinicians.

Ready to simplify what you take?

See the example product and price, or get early access and we’ll write when Everdawn opens in your state.

Enrollment is not open yet. Prescription only if a licensed clinician finds it appropriate. Availability varies by state.
